Law of One
I have been musing on the law of one lately, wrapping my head around its immensity.
How do you folks understand it?
For those who haven't heard of it, here it is from a Ra Channeling:
The belief in polarity is chosen instead of understanding the complete unity of thought that binds all things together. You are everything — every being, every emotion, and every situation. You are unity. You are infinity. You are Love, Light. You are. The Law of One says all things are one Creator. Thus, seeking the Creator is done not just in meditation and in the work of the adept, but in the experience of every moment. In each infinitesimal part of yourself resides the One in all its power.
How do you folks understand it?

Here is another Channel on the Law of Oneness by Cosmic Awareness.
THE LAW OF ONE
This Awareness indicates all is one; there is the Law of One and all reside within this Law: That all souls are cells of the body of this Awareness; and when this Law is obeyed, there is no need for any entity to struggle or compete; for this is likened unto the parts of one's body fighting the other parts of one's body, and in general the body being at war with itself.
With the Law of One you may be at peace in the body of this Awareness. This Awareness indicates the Law of One is a fixed and universal law in which those who understand the Law of One realize that all is one, and all that appears to be separate will, in the end, be nothing but an illusion to those who followed the path of separateness which appeared as scattered fragments. This Awareness indicates wherein the universe is one totality and entities recognize that wholly universe, then entities may move into that universal harmony.

It's very true in my experience, and just a beautiful, effortless way to live as well, if you can let go. It amazes me how it's exactly what Christ said to do as well: "Love God, and Love your neighbor as yourself." (paraphrased of course, but do you think maybe he knew we were all One ;)

There is no creator to seek for, because seeking assumes a seeker who thinks he is seperated from which he is seeking. There is nothing to seek, because seperation is a dream: everything is already there: oneness, which is nothing arising as everything..

I've been slowly wading my way through Law of One. It resonates with me.
Divine Cosmos is a great site drawing on Ra's teachings. They have a handy overview of the teachings Called the Law of One Study Guide- it's a great place to begin:

I use to fast before I was a raw vegan so I did not feel I needed to detox first. But everyone is different. I think if someone is doing drugs and other things they might want to wait to do a long fast.
I love jumping rope and how it makes me feel. I love the way it makes my heart beat really fast, and the over-all energizing effects it creates in me.
I think variety in exercise is super beneficial... soft and hard, stillness and movement, slow ...

I have also tried Nvey Eco's eyeliner in black! I love it! I got it off Macys.com it's very hard to find it in stores a lot of Macy's stores don't sell it.

I made this back in February and yes it's all raw. It's dehydrated sprouted crackers from Rainbow, with cashew cheese, tomatoes, pesto, avocado and arugula.
