P.S. In order to fully express my deep regret of any possible residual embarrassment I bring you this: Adorable, mind-cleansing, non-phallic cucumbers!
P.P.S. Probably not a good idea to do google image searches for cucumbers with safe search turned off.
oh my goodness, i want a tool that helps cut cucumbers like this! If there is such a thing in america, ill pay someone to send me some of these.......briiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiliant. :)
and i'm going to stay away from searching cucumbers on google, with or without safe search turned off...thanks for the heads up. ;)
Good question! My best guess is that it is because we are so rare (or raw?:) One in fifty for high raw and maybe one in a thousand for 100% raw? Think about it. Going raw is a life changer. Would you marry a non-raw foodist? How many 100% raw or even high raw people do you personally know in your home town who are available? If you find one then, you have to consider thier other compatability attributes.
Congratulations on your engagement and best wishes for your marriage! I did not mean to imply that it is impossible for a raw foodist to marry a SAD eater and for life to be anything less than ideal.
However, it has been my observation that many raw fooders say they would find it easier to stay raw when everyone on the household is also raw. For me, cooked food is addicting and I would have trouble if it was around the house. Also, for me there are other factors tied to going raw like better mental clarity, increased awareness, spiritual mission, synchronicities, pheromones, health, etc. Personally, I would want to share these factors with my life partner. The more you have in common, the better IMHO.
one in fifty for high raw??? Maybe where you live, more like one in a frigging million in my world ;)
Am single coz I want to be. It is more fun, no limitations, can get all the cuddles I want from friends, and sex too...don't need to put a lassoo round someone's neck, or my own. Personally I feel that the traditional notion of a relationship is outdated and really not for everyone. Especially crazy raw fooders ;0
But maybe, as my friends say to me, 'just you wait till you fall in love, then you'll change your tune !!'
maybe a coincidence? but i'm going to have to answer your question with a question:
why do so many people always need to be in a relationship?
personally it doesn't bother me one bit that i'm single and i could stay that way forever and not
be fussed.
No reassessment needed, i am extremely happy with all things in my life. For me, all my doors are wide open, it seems other people that i meet have their doors closed!! i was just noticing while reading people's profiles that so many of us are unattached and like you said, hot and attractive. Wondering what the deal was and though i'd put it out there to see what others thought too.
being connected nope not a coincidence...raw opens up our chakras and there you have it,wham it hits you in the face sometimes Chris, its intense but intensely exciting...
yup i love hearing everyone different ways and experiences its wonderful to...
Hi Loren. Dillon is 6 years old, very skinny and eats like a horse, I have noted in the past that when he has had a virus and been suffering from fever and lack of appetite that his autism is less severe.
celery is hugely important in my diet,as i dont add salt to anything..when i do have the occasional piece of sunbread or raw chocolate which contains salt,i reallllly feel it quite negatively....
great advice Loren :)
Great points RG you're right, one size dosent fit all. For me it was purely a health thing to start, but then as you so well described it, the layers started peeling back. It really took me by surprise, was very unexpected, which is why I now just...
Hi Nicole,
How old is your son? As far as diet, I would be giving him plenty of fruit, and plenty of simple salads, including lots of tomatoes and perhaps some celery as both are high in sodium.
But as I understand it, salt cravings are usually ...
Hi Loren. Thanks for that info. I often hear Naturopaths comment on how children with autism are often lacking in sodium and reccomend increasing their salt intake. I have a son on the autism spectrum and he craves salt. He drinks green smoothies ...
