The 250m (600ft) design, which turned up in a field near Ashbury, Oxfordshire, England last week, is believed to be the first of its kind in the world.
Crop circle expert Karen Alexander said: "We have seen butterfly and bird patterns in the past, but this is the first jellyfish crop circle in the world.
"It is absolutely huge - roughly three times the size of most crop patterns and extremely interesting. People have been aghast at the size of it. It is a complete monster.
I live in Wiltshire spot in the middle of the area where they appear, year in, year out, near Avebury (ancient stone circle site, with infamous Avebury hill, which has been drilled through by Victorians and is still being studied by scholars). The circles appear in the middle of the night, and are a huge tourist attraction (!). I love the mystery and the beauty, obviously, but there is a lot of talk here that it is done by a group of enthusiasts using the pole-and-rope method. A friend of a mother-in-law comes every year from France and plays his cello in the circles... This one is amazing - and inspiring me to go and see if the local ones started appearing yet... Interestingly, they appear more towards the end of the summer, when the crop is about to get ripped.
The bit that confuses me is that they're usually quite perfect and symmetrical, so the very complex ones... If they're done overnight they would take a lot of people and a lot of planning. You'd think if there were that many people involved there would be some mention in the media of "Hey I was there and this is how we did it..." for a bit of cash.
RGG,
the belly-centered symptoms that most people (mistakenly) call hunger usually pass within 2-3 days. Your body is not hungry while fasting because it gets all of its needs met from its own reserves.

Hi Priyam and RGG,
Even blending them is a big step down in quality from eating them whole, for a number of reasons. The pre-chewing argument -- often heard -- doesn't really carry much weight as the benefit of chewing in the mouth is that any re...
Try this. I found out about it when I worked at Jubbs longevity. There is absolutely no aftertaste and a bottle lasts forever. I've been using it for years. Lucky Vitamin has amazing prices on many things too.
