It just hit me.
That I am going to hawaii this summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For the past couple of months I have been looking into interning at a permaculture farm, and came across pangaia, and was like: this is perfect!
So I applied as an intern and was corresponding with the people there.
After all of that, I found out that I was accepted last Saturday, and was soooo psyched!
But for this past week, I almost forgot about it, until this morning. I woke up and felt a rush of happiness come over me.
I couldn't stop smiling and thinking: this is the first step I am taking towards my dream of learning about and someday creating my own permaculture paradise. :D
I just wanted to share that with my fellow raw foodies.

Thank you!! yeahh the place is beautiful from what i have seen, and the people are soo nice and truly genuine. and i heart hawaii too, I eventually want to live there after college! : )

thanks! yeah, I am basically interning at pangaia, which is a permaculture farm. So I will be doing a good deal of permaculture based work. I also have the opportunity to learn about permaculture and I might even teach yoga there because I am a certified yoga instructor. Besides that I will be able to enjoy the scenery, have access to an abundance of raw tropical foods, and take part in local capoeira and dance classes too.

That's hilareous. My husband looks at the sun to make himself sneeze. There's some weird phenomena that 10% of the population has that looking at the sun makes them sneeze.

Hi Loren. Dillon is 6 years old, very skinny and eats like a horse, I have noted in the past that when he has had a virus and been suffering from fever and lack of appetite that his autism is less severe.

celery is hugely important in my diet,as i dont add salt to anything..when i do have the occasional piece of sunbread or raw chocolate which contains salt,i reallllly feel it quite negatively....

Great points RG you're right, one size dosent fit all. For me it was purely a health thing to start, but then as you so well described it, the layers started peeling back. It really took me by surprise, was very unexpected, which is why I now just...
