It must be a raw thing. Everyone is fit and hot. What's the deal? Does raw food make you hot? Does raw food transform you into a crazy sculpted model? Have you notice how intelegent (Ha Ha) everyone is? I thought smoking was cool... or driving a really fast car that's cool right? Nah it's a raw thing... Happy V day all. Comments are welcome.
How will we know if its really real? :) YOu could just be saying its real. Now mine, you know its real, because the kiddos look like me, but then again, I could have hunted down some cute kiddos photos and put them on my page. its an idea.
Anyway, I'm not hot, or raw, so there. Someday I'll be raw, though, so watch out.
What am I doing on a discussion from February anyway?? I need to get some sleep.
Hot hot hot,........... no - cool hot,.......... no - just cool ,........ no hot, - but not higher than bout 40 degrees I guess..... hmmm but sometimes, people say I´m raw when I describe what they are eating or doing, but I cannot describe it in a cooked-thinking-way somehow...., they do things, thats ok for them, but describing what they do - is raw...... thats the cooked world i guess.
I feel like my brain is drifting into another dimension....of think-feeling together.... its hot,
but not higher than 40 degrees I guess.
O.K., I got to be the guy to put in the grounding comment, this will be from Rumi, we all know Rumi, if not, he is a Sufi poet Laureate, one of many, very many, one of the most popular, his saying from a poem about Layla, "...We get drunk from the wine, not from the cup..."
That being said, many people who have adopted this lifestyle and way of being, generally appear more attractive, how could they not, the wine is finer, no...?

Great post Thad, it is fun and also interesting to talk about. Like people say, health is so beautiful.
When my son goes to his soccer, basketball, or t-ball practice and I am around all those kids who are just not polluted (so much) yet and you see all their youthful healthy bodies, they exude such positive vibes.
that is how i think of people who are mostly raw and active. the blood flows better, going through and cleansing every muscle, organ, skin. People have a glow that is much talked about here.
Lately I have gotten back into fitness, and I do this new thing (for me) where I just kinda go all out intense and I can literally feel my blood pumping into areas where the little capillaries dont usually get flushed out...and when I run I will do short all out sprints just to get air flushed around in my lungs.
and when im raw, i feel the most nourished than ever.
I made a prayer last night and part of it included staying as healthy as possible so that I may carry out my dreams of being in service to humanity and also having a wonderful healthy happy family. =)
I would like to now list the benefits I have experienced since being on a low fat raw vegan lifestyle....
* Easily maintain a healthy weight, gaining weight is DIFFICULT unless I eat salt (which i haven't for 2years)
* Very quick recovery from i...
sub-acids are my favourite - but they bastards don't leave the tops on them and i can't plant them.... i must go to a sub-acid farm and steal some!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Your dog is sooo cute! I have a dog too and two cats, and I looove them! I feed them wheatgrass and they actually choose that before regular grass wich they normally chew on in the garden.
I decided to have a 50/50 raw/cooked meal at Vita last night, having had a desire for warm meals for last couple of weeks. They had a Vegan Paella, it was amazing but it's only the second time I have had grains for a year and I had headache soon a...
It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
