If it's organic, then it's probably organic. Unfortunately, the definition of that word has changed over the years. What was called organic in the 70's now goes by other terms, like "beyond organic". Maybe that's what we should be seeking out. Although it's way better, beyond organic stuff can not get a "organic" certification. "The Date People" for example, seem to pride themselves on not being certified organic, and they say that they farm "in accordance with laws of nature". Way to go!

something that not many people know is that even when food is certified organic the farmers are still permitted to use some stuff on it...organic means less crap on it, not no crap.
