Yes I definitely am, that is why I find that I am constantly either recycling, giving stuff I have not used on several months, or simply trashing stuff which would be my personal last option because I believe in composting first, recycling second, and throwing away last. I thoroughly enjoy clutter clearing. Peace to all.

Well I just went on a huge clean up last week, like a massive spring clean. one day I cleaned (no break for food) for 10 hours, I'm pregnant so this is no mean feat.
I have felt so much better this week. I use to be such a horder but now I'm addicted to de-cluttering.
I have never heard of this clutter clearing before, but it makes perfect sense to me.
I've always been into clutter clearing. Unfortunately, I love to shop. People are surprised when they come over for the first time and see that my place is very minimal and spartan. I just sell or give away my old clothes to make room for new ones. I hate clutter. It clutters up my mind. It even makes me over eat.
Girl, you sure got some interesting chat happening ...
It certainly is all about perception. We can feel 'bad' about our "clutter'. Others may not see our "clutter' the same insane way we may.
Clearing our clutter certainly can clear the air, room and environment, not to mention our own cluttered heads. Creating room for expansion on every level.
I have seen it work both ways.
Letting go. Setting forth good and healthy, healing intentions. Detaching with Love.
good gravy kim-
reading this just put something together for me that i never did before, and something i have obviously been circling.
wow. makes me a little dizzy. i guess i have to share.
i'm a minimalist by nature. i purge monthly and it never ceases to amaze me how many bags go to goodwill when i never buy anything!
my house is serene and simple. but i have an armoire, a closet and a under the bed box full of deeply personal items. much of it represents relationships and ideas in suspended animation, no closure. i have an increasing awareness of their presence and have been questioning it. on a completely unrelated note, or so it would seem, i've been thinking about my mother's familys predisposition to colon cancer and digestive issues. they hold on to everything, physical, emotional and mental. i am fully convinced it is emotional repression and their love for stewing and analyzing without taking action. i meditate alot on being proactive and evolving and how to be different from this.
the big fat brick that just hit me is I AM HOLDING THESE THINGS IN THE BOWELS OF MY HOME. could there be a more clear living metaphor for things i need to let go of. good night louise.
Tawny don't you just love it when you have a eye opening experience like that.
I had one today also. We have a business thingy that is not quite where I want it. I have been blaming someone else. It was so subtle I did not even notice it as I usually take full responsibility for my reality. Anyway it hit me that I have to LOVE the situation and person and everything will flow.
I am going to write out all the positive aspects of the person and situation as soon as inspired.
