As my Tibetan buddhst teacher would say..you cant get enlightened unes you have sexual energy...or rather energy from that area of the body, it doesnt have to be mudded by actual sex, its the place that grows your senses, and gives power to them, so that touch, taste and smell become deeper and much more powerful.
these are proper gurus, who have studied for decades and done very long retreats..not people who read, take some classes and empowerments and suddenl;y invent a new religion or "way".
Natasha, you are hilarious! I love how you go off on a subject that ignites your passion! Hafiz is the Man. I don't even drink, but I love his wine poetry. Check out my post on RV Calendar group.
Almost impossible! The mind can try to reject teachers or be "Needy" for teachers
The Guru within -"Paramatma" (Many names in various culture) is a witness to all the devotion that we give to the outer world and only when we turn our attention within -(to our source) can we truly ascertain who and what influences are "Guru" and what is New Age Hype -out only for $Temporary Gratification.
Real Teachers can be hard to find..
Personally In regards to "Raw Food Teachers"-I find inspiration and knowledge in a few & I prefer to be without % consciousness and harmonize our constitutional Individuality in respect to the importance for high amount of raw foods in Diet...
Since the sweat lodge deaths in Sedona caused by the irresponsible choices made by New Age guru James Arthur Ray, the consciousness surrounding gurus is shifting here rapidly. I just made two posts on facebook yesterday about kicking the money lenders out of the temple (a.k.a. rejecting the gurus.) The most hilarious moment of my day was when a tourist marched right up to me while i was working in my art booth and pleadingly requested the location of where THE GURU would be speaking last night. (Not a good person to ask since I am guru-free, and increasingly anti-guru.) She didn't know WHICH guru, just SOME guru. My reply, of course, was, "There are many gurus running around Sedona, you're going to have to be more specific."
Almost every guru alive now has or will sell his or her soul for money, sex or power. I have personally witnessed gurus manipulating people to harness their life force. We require all of our own precious life force to fulfill our own divine blueprints. The time has come to cut the cords and co-dependcy on gurus and to step into sovereignty as an individual expressions of divinity. I'm not against getting the guidance of teachers and giving them respect and honor. There is a difference between receiving the teaching and medicine of a true teacher to live as the master of your own life and becoming a follower of a guru who wants to control you and use your energy to advance his or her agenda. The fastest way we will collectively shift out of the guru matrix is to laugh right in its face. PAIX
there is no heaven. I never suspected you, thundera to be so religious based, in those terms. If anything, MM's soul had already reincarneted into another body.
I am not sure if calling raw teachers as gurus is the correct term. It sure depends on persons mental abilities to see them as teachers only. But, in this case many folks need that guru energy to make themselfs more important, have something to follow throu and in sarcastic terms to hold their hand. There are too many folks around this world who do need guru to lead the way, as much as there are those who just want some direction in life and diet.
I've met some hit chix on GITMR. Not satisfying in the least. Just the opposite. Most communication is self-defeating, accomplishes nothing. I would love it if people would leave me alone when I'm out and about. Anybody else?
Mariam, watching this raises questions: for instance, is this guy just an actor?
Seems like it. "Am I glad I went"? Well, in the sense that I knew I had to see him eventually.....I guess I got it over with (and used up my airline credit). Is he a...
"Did I meet any hot chix?" I love it~! Ha! Ha! Ha!
I've met too many of those in my life, already, many more than enough. I think I've had enough. But thanks!
also, a dr. friend told me that some of the waxy stuff can drip into your ear and do permanent damage. it does feel great, but i don't do it any longer. i've actually fallen asleep while having it done. =/
Thank you Wrenn that is what I thought too and your comments are very helpful! I think it would also be cool at $.99 for 5 TOTALLY new raw recipes and then it can be a series of them at $.99 each...thanks for your comment!
