In the past few weeks I've really realized how dang HYDRATED I feel when I eat a bunch of raw foods.
Its almost like to me, that is the main thing I feel. Hydration. TOTAL HYDRATION.
But I also (in the past few months when I was experimenting) experienced the same feelings when I was seeking and drinking really good water.
I was going to whole foods or wherever and getting glass spring water from france. San Pellegrino and some other types.
When I was drinking that I felt very hydrated. It REALLY depended on the type of water.
Anyone have any comments? I'm just wondering if it would be easier/cheaper to just load up on REAL water and hydrate ourselves constantly that way...
I guess I'm looking for a way to eat mediterranean or something...still have the cooked in my life for easy fast dense calories...but always be drinking bomb water to keep the hydration up so I can function peak. I'm almost thinking now that fruit is just a awesome structured-water holding device.
Anyone have any experience with this. I feel like dehydration is a drug... makes you kinda slow and sluggish and many people subconsciously just choose this because
A: they don't know what real hydration feels like (brain and body)
and
B: they simply are not getting REAL water to actually hydrate themselves.
its just my theory... i had this revelation when i was drinking good water that America was simply dehydrated. And that all we needed was good water, which no one was getting. But then I kinda talked myself out of the water thing, thinking it was crazy I was spending so much money on good water etc etc...when I should just drink tap and it would "work the same"... yet i just plain DON'T feel it does!
If there was a way to "re-activate" tap water to structure it or SOMETHING. Its like I love the hydration when mono mealing 5 tomatoes but I just don't really WANT to always eat 5 tomatoes and have all that stuff in my stomach. Should I just make a committment to buying good water?
Thanks.
