Hi Everyone
My name is Sharon from Australia, I'm really pleased to have found a wonderful site whilst I"m on the raw journey, at the moment I'm in the transitioning phase from totally cooked foods to 50% raw. I'm doing it in gradual stages due to some health conditions and don't want my body to go into shock. Would love to hear other peoples story about how they went totally RAW.
Blessings Sharon
Been mostly raw for three months and like you I am doing it on a gradient approach. We are fighting decades of habits and a culture totally foreign to the concept so find that continuous education in the subject as the best way to go.
