Picking your partner is the most important part... I also think you have to have Intimacy before you have sex, otherwise it can be very difficult to move into intimacy after a purely physical bonding has already occurred. Techniques can be learned and refined, but if the heart's not in it, then do you really want somebody to cuddle with you?

I'm with ya man, it causes more problems than the pleasure is worth. I say a couple should have way more productive things to do than eachother... unless of course you're reproducing. Now don't get me wrong. I'm not preaching wait until you're married or any of that nonsense, i'm just saying that i'm not having sex again until i have a child. Whenever i talk about this people just blow me off and can't take me seriously because i'm 19. "Yeah, right, 19 year old boy and celibacy, shouldn't even be used in the same sentance" they say, as if i need more experience or something. It's no different than a farmer, just saving my seed. It's spiritual to me, not prude.

I also find it very hard to crave people in that sense, when I understood that everything I wanted from another was basically something I was projecting and not seeing within myself. It may sound crazy but it's like I'm in love with myself, and fulfilled enough that I can easily feel genuine love for others without creating need. It just completely changed the dynamics of expressing love sexually into more of an entertaining option than a need, the whole idea of a relationship, etc.
What does bother me the most with people is when I'm on the receiving end of projections, and when they don't realize that they are whole.

Great topic starter...surprised it is so dead at this point...lol...isn't this something everyone wants to talk about?
I for one CRAVE talk of emotions, feelings, desires, etc, early in a relationship. My soul shrinks and dies without frequent verbal sharing of emotions and whatever else the woman has in her mind that she likes to think about and talk about. Women who are very well emotionally and spiritually developed really appreciate this in me, and I get along best with them, simply wonderfully. On the other hand, women who are more "redneck" frequently suspect me of being gay...which obviously simply reflects on their own lack of development. HOWEVER, and this is merely my own limited experience not a generality, I have found the more "redneck" type of women to be much more physically enjoyable during sex than the other women, in that they'll do more "stuff".
Okay enough about me.
I'll put it simply: Guys like "stuff". They don't like dead fish, especially if they're not raw (okay whatever that means haha..sorry). Put in some real passion and emotion during sex, don't expect the man to do everything, show him you WANT HIS BODY just as much as he wants yours. Of course do this with lots of emotion, love, passion, sweet words, mental connection etc. But include the man PHYSICALLY as well, don't try to make it purely a spiritual experience - that can be simply an academic exercise for a lot of men. Show him you want his body, physically, and he'll give you all the passion you can imagine, and he'll definitely cuddle you for hours afterwards, until he recovers and will want to go again! ;-)

Either that or becomes scared and backs away. Depends on the guy. I have a feeling most of the acusations of men on here are based on the average Joe. With there is nothing wrong with because there are so damned many of them.

I definitely agree there are too many "average Joe's" out there...as much as I dislike that moniker seeing as Joe is my name!! I am anything but average lol.
All I can say is, we live in a very spiritually and mentally damaged society, with all the exposure to sex and porn and murder and vice etc etc. Average guys might lose interest, but that's because they're idiots and are likely wasting their sexual energy on themselves - if you know what I mean. A pure man who doesn't waste his sexual energy will NEVER leave a woman without good cause, that's a fact. Especially a RAW man with a RAW woman - there is no higher attainable height of sexual pleasure and emotional intimacy than that shared between two LOVING raw fooders. But you DO need to be "loving".
I find raw fooders - maybe frequently maybe only sometimes - become addicted to self deprivation. It would be a psychological state that correlates with denying all the "good food" and social life that average people seem to enjoy - beer, wings, ribs, etc etc. We know that's crap living. Most of us are "over" that king of living. But there can frequently still be a small part of us that still yearns for those things, for living in such an ignorant enjoyment of life.
In that state we can also begin to deny ourselves love, from ourselves and from others. We can begin to deny that we have a need for love, and we can begin to deny that we are even worthy of love. This is not a healthy way of thinking.
Sexual fulfilment is as important in living a complete life as eating raw food is. It is one of the core requirements for fully-happy living according to Natural Hygiene. We certainly must love ourselves, most certainly. But we certainly must be loved by others, and we certainly must give and receive love the most intimate way a human can - through loving, meaningful, passionate, physical, intimate sex.
