I feel so sad lately...

Like I'm living the life of anyone else but me...
I feel bored doing things, just even thinking about doing the things i like get me bored..
I have no idea how to get out of this vicious circle and step out and claim my life ... i try.

Disconnection & depression are signs of protein deficiencies. Seratonin & dopamine (they control brain function, "happy hormones") are made from amino acids and basic vitamins like b6 and C and some others.
Get more lean protein & B vitamins and see if you don't snap out of it.

B6 you'll take as a supplement. Protein will be in nuts & seeds. You might want to consider some animal products (raw milk cheese, raw egg yolks in your smoothies) or at least get one of David Wolfe's Raw Power protein powders.

It was such a weird feeling to be there... it was like i wasn't there... I couldnt consentrate on anything I did , forgot really fast, confused, panicked, and lots of bad thoughts , crying, and hard time to go to sleep .... sounds like some description of an illness or deficiencie.....

I had more sunshine and moved a bit more which really helped to move it all...
and also stoped taking my birth control pills... which i think were much of the problems cause when i took them before i remembered having the really crazy mood swings etc...
so for now I'm also looking for a new way to control this :P my bf is really lovely and said I look much better without the pills (a few days after stopped them) that I am much more down to earth and calm....

Your symptoms sound so typical... again, go to Fitday.com and see exactly what you've been eating. Chances are you're terribly deficient across the board. Too much fruit carbs and nothing that will actually sustain & energize you -- protein, fat, vitamins & minerals.
aouch :\ I was on a very low dose myself.. cause last time i tried it a few years ago i remember having a bit more of the dose and getting weird moods... so this time i was only 5 months on the pills and felt horiblle, just had to stop, cause i felt like im not in my body like im suffering a terriblle body and want to get out of it...it was really weird :\ god blssed us to have kids... he should also give us a control book about it lol.. unless the plan was to breed all earth really fast :P
