I currently above 95% raw. The uncertainty is due to some things I'm not certain about, like nuts, and I also eat dried spices.

I'd like to one day be 100% thou I cannot and will not force it. My mind knows when the time is right.

I like to be as natural as possible and live as sustainable as possible, raw food is one part of this journey of mine.

Thats wow! :) no, those nuts. Sometimes they are just "a little bit" cooked, just to get rid of the scale. Thats bad.

100%,raw vegan..

was raised on cooked food,went raw 6 years ago,4 years 100% raw,then i got ill went off rails,searching for wellness again,i know no logic,but frustration will do that sometimes...so 6 months of high raw and cooked,then 12 months of 100% raw,then two weeks ago,went high raw,with some veg soups and steamed veg,again striving for an answer,now i have my answers as why my health was compromised,i know what im dealing with.And incredibly happy to be all raw again...ahhh it feels like home,there is no other way to describe it,everything else feels fractured,wrong somehow unjust for my body!

oh! what a journey. i also had a really un-explaneable stomach issue for some years ago. But that was on cooked foods. Then i went more raw. Now im 80-100% raw, depends on which day it is. The issue is gone! Bang! Stupid doctors: "raw food? what is that? thats bad for you!! I know its bad for you!!!". :/

ok, you sound like "perfect". Do you exercise alot? What do you eat after your workout? I exersise alot, and i know that i have to be careful, and eat much calories. What`S the best workout food? :)

I do workout a lot, but not your standard kinds. I do yoga, bikram yoga, surf, and bodyweight workouts, that's pretty much it, well my work is like a workout too sometimes.

I don't worry too much about what I eat or counting calories. I try to only eat health-enhancing foods and the things I worry about most are combining them properly, or just not wrong combos.

I eat the hippocrates diet, but with fruit. I call it the human diet : )

I'm far from perfect in everything I do. I'm fun.
