My results were: You are half way "raw", but still like your cooked foods most of the time as well. Your healthy and comfortable with your diet and have no problem alternating raw days with cooked days, or mixing them up to feel your best everyday! You are in good health.
You are at the top of your "raw" game. You eat 100% raw and know all there is to know about the "raw" lifestyle. You have the "glow" and you are looking amazing! Everyone around you knows your "raw" and you aren't wavered by society, friends, and family when it comes to what "they" think you should eat. You are very healthy!

Yeah, cuz Bear ain't worried about trying to survive. He's surrounded by a full film crew and sleeps at the Ramada or the Hilton at night. It's easy to make jokes when you're not worried about dying.
Not saying his show ain't entertaining, but do...
I love it cause it is an intense workout over a short period of time. My son had a "jump rope for heart" week at school that got me into it. It uses different muscles than running and also improves coordination a lot, and I was surprised how well ...
Survivorman is crazier, did you see that episode in the desert when he started talking to birds? But I still like Grylls better overall. I feel like there is more of a point in watching the show, you feel like you're learning something, lots of tr...
