How has your research and intuition concerning December 21, 2012 affected your present life?

Keep looking into it and you will find that there is much confusion and debate about every aspect of this subject. Some even question the date itself because of our current calendar not being based on any natural cycle.

If 2012 were truly important I believe the information would be crystal clear. I don't believe in a cruel God or even a mysterious God. My interactions with God are always clear and direct and leave no doubt in my mind.

I am very excited about our future and have no doomsday belief whatsoever. I used to think that this would be necessary before any major changes, but now I see major changes happening and feel that a new world is just around the corner. Have you had a long talk with any children under 10 who were raised outside the popular belief systems recently? These kids will have no problem fixing our mistakes and will do it in short order.

i used to get freaked out over all those fear driven theories, but i just stopped watching all the crap. in reality, we don't know what is going to happen and why think the worst? i definitely am not going to let it paralyze my decision making. make the most of your life now.

I'm a little concerned about it, since there seems to be a lot of useful background info on it. Also, I think the Mayan's probably knew a lot more about the world than we currently do.

All in all though, i've decided to live it up until then and make the best of each day. What else can you really do ?

I haven't stopped doing anything, or making plans, but I have started educating myself, and surrounding myself with positivity and light - including eating raw food.

Throughout history supposedly significant "event" prediction dates have come and gone. That's about all the research I care to do concerning fear based proselytizing for 2012.

My intuition tells me it's going to be a "non-event".

My advice is don't let this get in the way of planning your future. (If I'm wrong....it won't matter anyway!)

There´s lots of confusions about that subject, which puts fear on anyone who hears it, but i personaly take it the positive way.. its just a simple cycle, and as every cycle it ends and starts again. Planets revolve in an circular or eliptical imaginary line around the sun which is a star. And each individual planet has stars and other stuff revolving around them and even each planet revolve in their own axis. Imagine each cycle of each planet. I bet that each determinated hundreds or thousands or millions of years, they repeat and come to the same point continiously. Mayans and ancient astrologists must´ve been great observers and i bet that millions of billions or years ago, this cycle ended and started again. And very obious thing.. if there would be an end.. they might have writen their callendar in a straight line... not a circle!
Im not an astrologist, i havent heard all the theory around "December 21, 2012" but i just use my logic and common sense to stay calm and enjoy my long or short life because maybe next year i might be dead and i wont even get to year 2012... PEACE*

i want the system to crash. the 'system' meaning the overly-complex and unnecessary parts of the civilized world the actually harm the health of the planet and all of its beautiful creations. id rather see people grow their own or starve. listen to 'la mer' by claude debussy, and he will guide you through the ocean into a new a fantastic world!

I bet the world will still be here. It's good we are entering into the next phase of human evolution. Our infancy has been chaotic and crazy. I'm guessing our adolescence will be better as we mature. Whether we believe in 2012 or not we can see that we are in an exponential convergence and emergence of green technologies, biotech, computer tech, and the melting of the poles. Things are definately starting to change at a quicker pace.
144 years ago Abe Lincoln was killed. Now we have the most powerful man in the world (tomorrow) channeling him. He was considered the greatest president for his emphasis on preserving the union. The new president is the ultimate uniter. An antigay minister to give one invocation then an openly gay bishop to give another. The point is that for the first time in human history when 2012 rolls around the most powerful person in the world will be half black, half white, and with a muslim middle name. After more than 200 years of white guys that is definately change. Whether we like it or not.
Mayans were homicidal maniacs who heaven forbid used cacao beans as their currency. But they were excellent astronomers. But so are we.

If mayans were homicidal maniacs for their religious ceremonies, which purpose were not killing for pleasure... then what shall we call us for killing inocents in our greedy need for power??
