Yeah, it is dismissed as a spoof all over youtube. I know nothing about it. But even though most of it is "classified," at 1:10 he says "due to their enormous size and otherworldly strengths." Is that a voice-over job?

The "flesheating" comment fit in the context of bioterrorism (he also mentioned "airborne"). It stands to reason that he was talking about flesheating viruses and bacteria. Horrific, but nothing new, and not extraterrestrial. I'm sure that discussing these worst-case scenarios was enough to disturb him; but that part has nothing to do with aliens.

My only question is about "due to their enormous size and otherworldly strengths." Maybe it's just a voice-over.

The rest of it just sounds like your average flesh-eating, humanity-destroying bioterrorism. They probably wrote it to carry off the final plans of the swine flu agenda.

Yes that was about a year ago and I think that there was some planning for a big epidemic that is postponed at least. The laws were changed before there was reason to claim we were going to have an epidemic- so that is pretty fishy. The fact that the military has been given all of this power even though nothing has happened.

I watched it very closely and his voice doesn't change. You can also hear in his voice that he is obviously upset by what he is ready. The underground birthing areas was a pretty strange detail as well. I mean they have to have emergency plans but this sounds like something beyond any normal plan to me. At one point it sounds like preparing for biological warfare but then it changes and sounds like something else completely. This could be a worst case scenario kind of document but if it was something that probably never would happen then why did he get so obviously upset?

It isn't abnormal, by the way, for bills to be presented over CSPAN in this way when they are in regards to national security. They're briefed on them before the vote is cast, but the majority is withheld until an operation has been completed as to not put anyone involved at risk. The government releases almost all classified material to the public after it can no longer be compromised.

I fail to see what is so exciting about this video.

This is a hoax. The person who made it admitted so elsewhere on youtube. This would be a closed door subject in general.
