I find that Herbal Tea Infusion*s add emensely to any diet~*~Most of The water we drink has become so neutral when it is at its best~*~Much contaminated as well~*~Herbs add much needed nutrients to the Dead Water that is so prevelent~*~I drink ma*save infuse*ions on a daily basis~*~I have had a *What is called a newby* ( I Don*t like the word cause it seems degrading to me) asked me what teas would help take the edge off the change she is experiencing~*~She is definatly not a newby she is an awesome woman who is re*training Her*self~*~The Native American Culture still uses a lot of herbs even when they eat commodity food~*~ I Whole*Heartedly believe in GrandMothers Tea as an nessessary assistant~*~To a Health*full way of eating~*~
I was watching some Daniel Vitalis youtubes and he mentioned that tea doesn't hydrate you in the same way that water does. Basically, that the body will take the good properties of the herbs that have been infused into it and actually dispel most of the water.
I thought it was interesting as I'd never quite heard it explained in that way. Anyone have any experience with this?

There are those of us who aren't afraid of herbs, LOL! Or pouring boiling water over them! There have been times I've had to stick up for the herbal kingdom on this forum!
I brewed some douglas fir needles from my xmas tree the other day (not all pines and firs can be brewed). It was lovely! But then, it occurred to me that my xmas tree is probably sprayed:(
Me walking between China and Dragon as I get ready to turn them out into a big pasture. They're my buds, they stay real close to me, one on each side, whenever I got out to where they are. It is very sweet! :)
It sounds like you are not eating enough fruit. If you eat more sweet fruit, your desire for candy and other processed foods that are sweet will go away.
