Gazillions of things!
I would start simple, create some salad toppings such as dehydrated onions, cabo tomatos, marinated mushrooms, etc. etc. whatever strike you fancy. jar them and advance to some other recipes such as fruits.
There are several sites on the internet that have oodles of dehydration recipes for free. Just do a simple Gogle search.

Hi there,
banana chips are good, apples, kiwis cut into circles with skin left on, like candy but way better- mango slices with cayenne sprinkled on them, thai coconut meat is real good too.
Flax crackers- soak brown flax (can mix in gold flax too) until gelatinous and then add a veggie mix of tomatos, peppers etc that you put in the blender or food processor first. You make the flavor of the crackers with the 'flavor' mix of veggies- very easy and delicious. Make these and report back and I'll guide you through flax bread, onion bread, corn chips etc...
Kale Chips - like chips but way better. I can literally eat a million of these little jokers. Get some kale, green or lacinato, and cut the stems out of it and wash off. Make a 'flavoring' of whatever you want. Can be simple like a little salt and oil and maybe cayenne or something and massage into the kale then dehydrate. Or you can make a sauce of cashews, spicy pepper, little lemon juice, maybe some herbs, all blended up to a sauce like consistency (may need to add water) and then massage into the kale and deydrate.... voila -- tasty treats
Blend some mangos and coconut meat up and add some diced cilantro to the mix, dump out on paraflex sheet in a circle and you'll have about the best burrito wrap ever. Thats from a cookbook, not me, but I make and love them.
Young thai coconuts. Chop them open, drink the delicious water then scrape out the meat and dehydrate it, its real good. If you briefly soak it in tamari or nama shoyu, it becomes bacon. I never really liked bacon so I don't do that...
All, the bananas, if you open the banana and then massage it gently it will separate into 3 little pieces, cubes I guess of banana the entire length of the banana. If you peel and separate them like this and then dedydrate them, I think they are way better than slicing and dicing.
I made this suvine! except i made it with only the left over apple from juicing which I didn't drink lol and I mixed it with cinnamon and it was tooo yummy! thanks! please let me know what else i can do in this machine =D
