I am transitioning to raw... juicing .. cutting out all refined sugar, gluten and wheat... I have been getting headaches over the last few days.. could this be due to cutting out the sugar

Nothing helps more than colonics while transitioning to a cleaner lifestyle. If you can't afford colonics enema's will also help. Though with the enema's I find it effective if you fill the bag with water several times. Anytime detox gets to much to handle eat a dense food and it will slow the detox symptoms. When you transition to fast accumulated poison dump to fast into the blood and make you sick. To slow the process eating a lower vibrating food will calm the symptoms:)
i had headaches when i was transitioning.cutting off gluten and coffee gave me real headaches. slowing the process helped a lot. at least for me green tea helped a lot to get off coffee. i know most people here who are 100% raw do not have tea. but i just felt better transitioning with it. (i still have tea but that is just individual again). i hardly get headaches now. but some raw food combinations can bring gas formation which can bring headaches. be aware of any combination and timing that might be triggering you as it could be very individual.
previously when i used to water fast i would get headaches plus dizziness. i still do get dizzy at times on water fast. but less so. as the body clears you will be experiencing less of this. all the best to you.
Thankyou all ... colonics are something I am looking into... saw Matt Monarch talk about them :) .. I am still taking coffee.. so lord help me when I stop that also:) ... not a fan of green tea but I think I may stop coffee next week and take peppermint tea... and yes I suppose changing my diet will have an effect
That sounds like fun.. There is a thing called double dutch where two girls hold two ropes and you have to jump them both at the same time.. maybe you could find a couple of girls to try this with you. It's pretty impressive when you see it..
