Has their ever been a study that examines how our bodies digest sugar vs. fat depending on the temperature/outside environment? I know their is a lot of talk about seasonal diets and what u should eat & when during the year. I was wondering if our bodies digest fats/sugars differently. I seem to do better on fruit in the summer. Maybe it's just my mind playing tricks on me. Maybe it has to do with the amount of sun vs. sugar consumption.
Does anybody have insight? thanks!
Sorry for this confusing question but I can't seem to exactly articulate what I am trying to say.
oh yeah there were like 3 judges who really eager to find mistakes in my asanas and other yoga practices that they asked me to perform :)
But i am lucky hahahaha
