I used to use them. They are vibrational and very interesting. I think now I am at the place where I can just set my intentions and focus on where I want to be.
If I was to use them again I would put them in a spray bottle with essential oils and spray for a lift. (because of the alchohol)
I have heard only good things about Bach flowers, to my understanding its just like Homeopathy but centered in the psychoemotional aspect of the being rather than physical. Why have you been recommended Bach Flower in the first place anyway?
there's a company in Vermont, and I forget the name, that distills their own flower essences which are combined with vinegar for a long shelf life (no alcohol). I've used the remedies from that company in the early part of 2000 to deal with emotional issues, and they were very effective.
YES.
i love them beyond belief.
every day i make my mix in a little jar of water, sipping it throughout the day. this way there is no alcohol taste at all.
the first one i ever got was the rescue remedy as it had been very highly recommended to me-- it has stopped me in the middle of a full on panic attack before, its very powerful... but also gentle :) sometimes i use it for just mild anxiety.
since it was so effective i started buying some others and learning as much as i could about them. they are brilliant. i have about ten of them. every morning when i mix them i say a little affirmation for each essence that i use.
note that they say on the bottle that you can mix up to 7.
right now im mixing 9. :)
they are non-toxic; the only reason they say this is because the more you mix, the less effective each one will be, but they will still have effect, and this is a better choice than leaving out an essence that you really feel you need!!! i know that over time i will phase some of them out.
i have felt incredible improvements being on them.
give one a try!
do you have a chart so you could decide which one(s) to use?
I borrowed a book about them at the library, and found a seller that lets you mix your own bottle. I decided on Clematis, Walnut, Wild oat, Willow and Water Violet. (Apparently I have a thing for flowers beginning with "W" :))
nice selection :) i have clematis. (i always think it sounds like an std, HAHA)
that one is working on a loooong trend so i havent seen drastic changes, but im seeing slow ones :)
remember that it takes longer to change habits/mindsets that have been in place for a long time.
i like them also....i have used rescue remedy, and also one for a deep sadness. i wish i could tell you the name of it, all i know is it worked almost immediately.
I am happy to eat too guys lol, Asiris your totally right it can be a physical chemical addiction, a bit like a circle, what comes first the chicken or the egg? but thank God that with a bit off support and wisdom, it is possible to overcome anything
I was wondering, what changes acupuncture makes, in any way (Mind, mood, overall body). Really any info on it from anyone who has gotten it.
And what does it usually cost?
Thanks a lot :j
infact this is my present hair style too :)
i love short hair so that I could keep it clean all the time and i was in navy(NCC) sometime ago and have been habituated to this hairstyle
The best way to prevent a cold are to eat foods that are minimally toxic. That means eating mostly fruits and vegetables. Organic if possible. Raw. Fresh.
What also helps is getting plenty of rest and sleep. As much as you need.
