I have a gas oven and a hob at this house, is there any way to use it to dehydrate things?

Hi Synth
It's not ideal but you can use your oven to dehydrate. Put it on the lowest setting and leave the door open a little. What we found works is to turn the oven off once it has got warm and then shut the door. It will stay warm for a while, then you can put the oven back on for a bit when it starts to cool down. If you find you like dehydrated food then it's probably worth getting a dehydrator. Personally I find dehydrated food hard to digest so I don't usually eat it.
There's quite a bit of raw stuff going on here in London.

I need a mango now more than ever.
