Green smoothy suggestions
I made the mistake of using mostly wild rocket and canteloupe.. It nearly came back up as quickly as it went down! rocket has a really stingy taste and isnt very pleasing in a smoothy, I find spinach quite refreshing .. would love any good combinations/suggestions

1. 1 whole young coconut contents + 1/2 avo + greens + cayenne (sweet & spicy!)
2. banana + greens + cinnamon (this rocks with cacao too)
3. greens + almond butter + blueberries + coconut water + fresh vanilla
4. Sunflower + pea sprouts + orange juice + avocado
5. Hemp seeds + romaine + mixed berries + mint (or cacao if you go there)
6. peaches + greens + cinnamon
7. blackberries OR grapes + lime + greens + cilantro

I've been doing some "research" on ear candling, and have found three different reports:
