Give it to me Raw

Note: Who and what are you thankful for? Let us know by replying to this thread.

--------------------------------------------
Dear community members and friends,

With deep appreciation we thank you for helping to build the raw food network into one of the most supportive, inspirational, progressive, results-based communities in the world.

We thank you for being incredibly welcoming to beginners who are looking for guidance and a way to rise above their health challenges.

We thank you for being holistic in your approach and realizing that that relationships, spirituality, finances, physical fitness, mentality, love and the environment matter just as much as an individual's health.

We thank you for the thousands of blogs that you share freely, the hundreds of videos that take hours to create and the millions of comments and twitter postings that brighten everyone's day.

We thank you for your willingness to be dogma free in your health approach, and your larger dedication to transparency and authenticity.

Most importantly, we thank you for being you and being part of this larger community, making it one of the best places to share and grow online.

With Love,
Dhrumil & Company

Thank you for being such a good leader Dhru. A community can only go as far as the leader allows, and you've brought us all together and allowed us to do all of these positive things that you mention. I'm very grateful for everything that you've done to make GI2MR the best online raw community to date. Please continue being the shining example that you are to all of us! Thank you so much, it's truly an honor to be involved with such great people.

I'm thankful for the ever growing raw community that makes me feel like part of a larger community and not isolated in my pursuit of optimal health through diet.

I'm thankful for my wonderful family and friends and our ability to live in love and harmony despite differing beliefs about food and health.

I'm thankful for the little things in life that can bring great joy. I'm thankful for being able to open my heart and share unconditional love with the whole universe and feel the love returned 1,000 fold.

Hi Dhrumil & Company!

I thank you too - a lot!

I might not be starting threads every day and I also do not comment a lot or put *lol*s, but I spend a lot of time reading this forum.
In fact, unfortunately I often spend the better concentration I get from eating raw food here instead of working. Well ...

So thankful for where I live - we have allready harvested 500 l of wine, 8 huge sacks of almonds, endless zucchinis, lettuce, chayota, papaya, maracuya is ripe at the moment (there is nothing better), we always have bananas, oranges are big now and in one week we go to the finca to do our "familiy sports" (stretch - pick - bow).

So actually I should also have "Thanks Giving" this weekend although it's not a European custom.
Good idea! Saying thanks to the plants (and soil and water).

I'm thankful to have a pretty comfortable life. I am not financially wealthy by any estimate, but I have a good life and a wonderful family. I have the extreme fortune of being exposed to things that are slowly but surely improving my life. I have a job, a home, and for the most part my health (getting better each day) so I have wonderful blessings. I accidently stumbled onto this place and I consider that a huge blessing as well. There are so many great people here. I am still amazed at the treasure I found! I would like to thank Dhru and everyone for making a uniquely wonderful community of supportive and creative folks. Happy Thanksgiving!

Once you already have a cold, the best way to deal with it is to eat as little as possible and get as much rest and sleep as you can.

The best way to prevent a cold are to eat foods that are minimally toxic. That means eating mostly fruits and vegetables. Organic if possible. Raw. Fresh. What also helps is getting plenty of rest and sleep. As much as you need. And then all the...

I believe that the natural state of the body is health, and that it is always trying to get 'there'. This thread makes me think of "The Right Use of Will" series by Ceanne DeRohan. Anybody ever read any of those books? If you have, message me......
