I LOVE this community. I have not noticed the drama. I guess I do not attract it.
Do you think that by focusing on the DRAMA you are creating more DRAMA. Chances are good.
Just a observation.
The sherpa's thing is very creative. Good job on that. Very "FRESH" idea.
I am also a member of POWERFUL INTENTIONS where there are no "hall monitors" because we all know we create our own reality and only look to ourselves when things are not going exactly the way we want." About 10000 members and no one mentions DRAMA over there. On the rare occasion it happens we just play with the fun positive people and ignore the negative one.

I do think you have a great point insofar as we must be also mature enough to know when we are being baited, and be able to laugh things off. Sometimes an otherwise great individual is in a cranky mood. On the other hand, weeds have a tendency to multiply (some are good to eat!- weeds that is. that was an unintentional metaphor that ended up more gross than I had wanted. nevermind), and Dhru's reference to the Tipping Point and the broken windows is very fitting. I don't think it's being negative to admit what is going on, I think it's realistic. Not looking at it in a bad way, it's more just a statement that for any group of like minded thinkers, there will always be those who come into contact with that group that don't fit as well. It isn't a character judgement, it's a reality, and if those people who don't fit as well for whatever reason are here, they really would be happier elsewhere if they cannot move on from whatever personal challenges they are having. I think Dhru made a good choice here.
In Vancouver, B.C., I have mentioned more than once, how there simply is not a real "Raw Community". Sad that two such favorable words don't mix so favourably for a few too less than magical many.
This eve, my homeschooling 12 year young son, and a few friends are attending a monthly raw potluck, in Yaletown at Preet's place, at a posh place in Yaletown. Preet is the new local distributor of Champion Juicers. Works out yummy for all.
Individuals must advance to come forward with their own intrinsic skills, talents and gifts. Contribute consciously to add to the mesmerizing mix. Communicate with one another, on fabulous forums, such as " Give it To Me Raw" and SHARE, SHARE, Share. The only way we can receive the true LOVE we all so blessedly deserve is to be OPEN to receive. This is where it starts. All so wonderfully within ...
In reference to SHARING, i am rawsomely referring to spreading the wealth of our WONDER, WIT and deepest and most blessed BEAUTY. Making the world a more DELICIOUS place, by BEING the purest and most PRECIOUS we could ever hope to be and see SHINING back in the BRIGHTEST MIRROR of our own CO-CREATION!
wow!, i have been neglecting this site, i have NOOOO clue what drama is going on here, can you see a hand hit my forehead
and continue flying by? lol, man sorry this is happening here, i have to spend more time here, you are right, when i tried raw food last year, all my friends were eating pizza and laughing at me and saying this si stupid. i wish i found this place then, now that i started again, i am never here..btw i am converting my dog to raw also, lol. i think the platform is a GREAT idea.
i think it will give people a chance to mentor and others a place to feel safe asking questions without feeling like they are bothering others hahahaa, that is how i feel sometime. But i am all for the mentors..bring them on..:)
I commend you for addressing the issue. It was a bit of a turnoff, but I am looking forward to getting back on to learn and share.
Thanks for recognizing and taking care of it for ALL OF US!
Great decision-making on your part, Dhru. Just when I thought the community couldn't improve much more, you've found a way to add another special "umph!" Looking forward (in that present moment kinda way ;) to what the Sherpa's Program brings to the community.
Hi Lizz,
I haven't tried yacon; I think it's still too sweet, technically. I believe stevia is truly the only natural sweetener that is not a form of sugar. When I add vanilla flavor and a little coconut oil to the stevia, it's kind of like maple...

The opposite is NOT true (lesbian women loving men...), so is there something wrong with men?
