Give it to me Raw

A little long winded video, but worth the listen to if you care about your community : )

Much love to all the supportive folks on the site. I appreciate you deeply for everything you stand for.

More info on the GI2MR Sherpa's Program coming this Wednesday!

With Purpose,
Dhrumil

p.s. Throw your thoughts into the mix. Would love to hear what you feel about all this.

I also haven't noticed the drama, which is a good thing because I'm a relatively new raw foodist and this community has given me terrific support - I haven't had anyone attack me or deride my choices. But I am thankful you've addressed whatever drama there appears to be and have taken steps to move forward.

I had to truly pay attention and read your lips - I've been deaf since birth and am considered a pretty good lipreader and got what God intended me to get as I didn't get all of it. I appreciate you being who you are - thanks!

Stephen, I'm working on getting our podcasts transcribed for you brother! The first ones should be ready in two weeks. Thanks for being here bro.

Troll or no troll (preferably I like troll, being a nature person and all...) but I get your point. I would still make it another way like someone mention about powerful intentions, or as you say, get more positive in and let the negative gradually leave by it self.
Good idea about the Sherpas thing, more of such things everywhere in the raw food world!
And, your talk about lack of social connections, that is one of the resaons I'm starting (trying) this new rawfood eco village in the south of Sweden (anyone is welcome of course, not only swedes, hihi...). The land is there, building permission is there, plots of land is there (about 50 or so) and there are all the chances in the world to join now in the beginning and be part in the forming.
Let me know if you are interested or if you can support somehow.
Much love to you all

I was just thinking---in any of the storytelling arts we learn, 'there can be no drama without conflict'. Furthermore, there can be no progress on the hero/heroine’s journey without overcoming that drama. So in a way I'm saying two things:

1) It's all good! Working through this stage of the online community will make us stronger... and,

2) Perhaps you might reconsider your choice of words. "Drama" in that context is a (not so great really) modernization of a much deeper and more meaningful and more... ultimately positive... concept! Perhaps what you are wanting to say is, "No negative vibes."

What do you think?

Love,

ZOE

PS I have an MFA in Dramatic Arts. For real! It actually is the element that propels all stories. Without it, nothing really much happens---including growth or adventure (!)

We dont need to create any conflict = drama = -ve vibes,
CODEX ALIMENTARIUS is doing that for us, Im certainly not focusing on the -ve but the CODEX AWARENESS group has 4 members ! whilst the RAW HUMOUR group is in the hundreds, Im all for a laugh but if our house is burning down then its no laughing matter and action is needed !

PLEASE CHECK OUT THE CODEX-AWARENESS Group - This is serious, Its WAR on RAW ! ! !

just in case PLEASE dont shoot the Messenger..
peace

hey Pete,
wasnt haveing a go at the humour group, far from it, was just trying to grab peeps attention, I wish there were hundreds of peeps being active against these mad plans they have set out for us. thats all.

I am quite LitL in size, so quite appropriate hehe

Unfortunately they are the emergency services, we have nobody to phone to put the fire out, we have to rally together to raise awareness, otherwise CODEX will creep in by stealth, and Almonds wont be the only thing you cant buy fresh !

have a blessed day PV ; )
sorry if the wrapping paper offended you, it was just for effect really...

Dhru, I´m so grateful for your commitment. It´s important for passionate group of people to have a leader (i like the word Sherpa :-) ) who is honest, responsible and has courage to act. We can´t have better teamplayer than you! I appreciate what you and whole team of people have created here. For me, this place was a turning point. And now I´m deeply commited to this site and everyone here. I´ve got so much encouragement here that I feel passionate about giving back. I don´t know every answer, who knows... but I am willing to be supportive no mathet what. Due to support of other lovely people in this community, I stay on raw journey even I was not supposed to be. So, my friends... let´s join Dhru on this way, let´s add huge amount of positivity and support to each other, even if we disagree on some topics. Let´s find similarities between us. I personally want join Dhru´s commitment... This could be the best place for health minded people on earth. By the energy of it. Where do you want to come back, huh? To some place, where is wonderful, funny, supportive atmosphere, right? GI2MR is one of these wonderful places. We can make it even better!

PS: If I can help in this mission, please, let me know...

Love, Michal

Hi Dhru,

I couldn't agree with you more on your thoughts about the importance of community to succeed being raw (or anything else...), adding an abundance of good stuff to lose interest in the bad stuff and being supportive of people who are interested in the raw food lifestyle - whether it's this or that system, 50% - 80% or 100% raw.

I like the sherpa idea too, very creative.

Thanks for creating this forum.

Thank you, Dhrumil, for making this decision. I've been here since the beginning and found myself coming to the community less and less because it didn't feel as great as it did in the beginning. Your decision is very much appreciated and I look forward to the community becoming more positive and supportive!

You are a wonderful leader and I love you!

Wendi

You wanna both snowboard and ski? You usually have to stick to one if you want to master it. Not saying you can't do both, but maybe wait until you got the hang of it before switching up.

My dog likes to sleep between my legs. Warm and I rather not speculate what's going through Mr. SS McCracken's head. Then again, he likes to sniff the cat's butt after using the litterbox :hurl:

This is WONDERFUL news!!!!! Many blessings from God to you. I love yoga. It is working miracles in my physical and spiritual walk with the Lord. Someday I'd like to visit India with my mother and sister.

One of my coworkers left a Little Debbie zebra cake for me for my b-day. I ate half and gave the other half to my husband. Sometimes I'm able to resist and some days (like now when Aunt Flo arrives) I nibble. The other day my husband made stovetop...

I love food as long as it's good. I love the fact my husband raised two turkeys for himself instead of being like his friends and buying the five dollar turkey at Walmart (yes there really is a five dollar turkey). My grandpa died at 103 and that'...
