Me: apricots (the most amazing apricots) also, mulberries, lots of 'quats, still a few oranges hangin around, and today, (drum roll...) FIGS!!!
please post pictures of your harvests and these beautiful mother-nature-energy-spouts plugged in the planet spewing vivid colors and sweet nectars. (trees)
Thought of starting a similar thread on Fools for Fruit, the UK high-fruit forum, but...all we'd have is strawberries and raspberries....at this time of year. Our harvest is more September-time.
Hoping by bumping this up to top of board we can see some more lovely pictures of other people's fruit harvests? From around the world?
OK, I'll take a couple today! (Billionsuponus, I did copy the idea for this thread over to 30BaD - they say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!).
Here are some pics taken today.
1. Romaines (not quite ready - need to grow more hearty)
2. Peppers (red/orange variety - not ready yet)
3. Bit of the garden (lawn's a bit yellowy as no decent rain recently - thunderstorms threatened but not here yet!)
4. Petunias
Yes, blackberries. They are not quite ripe yet. There are also wild black raspberries in there which are just getting ripe! They are soooo tiny, but amazing!
Me walking between China and Dragon as I get ready to turn them out into a big pasture. They're my buds, they stay real close to me, one on each side, whenever I got out to where they are. It is very sweet! :)
It sounds like you are not eating enough fruit. If you eat more sweet fruit, your desire for candy and other processed foods that are sweet will go away.
