I have frizzy, wavy hair. I want non frizzy, curly hair!
I read once that by eating lots of pumpkin seeds it makes your hair more curly... can anyone confirm that? Also, how many pumpkin seeds do I need to eat?
AND what can I eat to make my hair less frizzy. The top layer has always been. I don't blow dry my hair or use products and never dye it. I have really nice hair except for that little bit of frizz I'd like to make go away.
As someone naturally with the hair you describe, I can attest that no food exists that will make your hair less frizzy/curly. Mine also is its worst on the outside. THE OUTSIDE where everyone can see...thanks!
If you don't like blow drying your hair, let it air dry and get a flat iron. If you want to be miss hippy dippy and eschew styling tools and product, YOU'RE SHIT OUTTA LUCK.
BUT WHAT'S REALLY HELPED ME AND IT'S SUPER LOW MAINTENANCE is getting my hair Yuko straightened. It's a chemical straightening that salons do. Notice my hair IS STRAIGHT IN MY PICTURE.
I go to Identity Salon in L.A. Ask for Mark. It's $300 and lasts me 6 months, and I love the idea of just rolling outta bed like a regular person and getting to sleep in later cuz I'm not up early to fight with my hair.
Also, don't wash your hair everyday. 2x/week is best.
And for curly/non frizz hair, air drying your hair and run a flat iron through it. Still will eliminate frizz because it will relax the curl enough to lose the frizz yet keep the curl. and you won't have to use high heat.
I don't want straight hair... I just want less frizzy hair... I LOVE MY HAIR!! I just want a little less frizz. When I lived in Arizona there was no humidity and my hair was hardly ever frizzy. In South Korea, it's super humid and my hair is always frizzy.
Yes, running a straightening iron through your hair will make it less curly not not straight. Or you can go stick straight. You have options with the flat iron.
-use a ceramic flat iron
-don't use products where the main ingrediant is water. it will frizz the hair back up.
I've got curly hair too. What I've found that works is the "Curly Girl (CG)" Method. Got it from this website dedicated to people with curly (and wavy) hair.
But look at these before and after pictures right here.
I've watched that. It is so weird that they have that show on. I also watched the old v's. They are a trip- with 80s hair and the spacesuit type outfits they wear. If you look at how small our planet is compared to others like Niburu- you can see ...
I'm on a computer in the library right now (as I was on Thursday), so any posts may be a little short. I was a little stressed by the reapplication information about the CAB because I had the same issues with finding paid work to fit around it bef...
Thanks for checking this out Vamp. It is truly amazing if you can be open minded enough to watch the video. People act like we haven't invented space travel. If you can accept that- then how hard would it be to accept jumping onto a planet that is...
starting to plan for this now ! right in the midlle of holidays !
i'm thinking about doing a week, but may extend with blended foods depending on how much detox I experience. Can't get the 'flu' just yet.
thanks....so grateful & dave is the best !...
Hi El-bo,
You're absolutely right; sodium is not the problem, but sodium chloride, and inorganic mineral salt which always causes water retention and raises blood pressure. We don't need any of that.
Adrenal fatigue is indicative of overall exhaustion. When the body is already is exhausted and has no real energy left, it calls on the adrenal gland to produce adrenaline. The body doesn't have much of a choice because as we continue to force it ...
if sodium is consumed from natural sources then the body will be able to deal with it naturally...it won't be stored like toxins etc
water retention is the bodies way of diluting toxic matter....it will do this with salt (table. himalayan, sea, m...
