Give it to me Raw

for those who WOULD* eat a raw egg...please suggest palitable, or any, method/recipe

*please let's not argue vegan vs. raw.....this question is already pre-qualified for those who would eat a raw egg.

I make raw lemon curd. 1 egg, two teaspoons raw honey, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, some coconut oil...blend...and voila! I sometimes drink it in the morning.

Eggs. When I spent time with some Apache Chiricahua Elders they had a neighbor that raised a variety of chickens. The chickens were raised with room, flowers, fresh veges and sea air and love. I had never seen egg yolks like these egg yolks before, even from organic eggs, even from other farms. They were tall, a deep orange and simply the best eggs ever.

I have no raw recipe since mine were always made into some cooked concoction. In my personal journey at this time I am eating no eggs.

Seems I replied to this thread about two months ago.

Since that time, the way I consume my eggs has evolved. Now, I break them into my smoothie whole (maybe 50% of the time I separate out the whites). I just swallow the egg whole when I find it floating there in my smoothie. Or, I take a small juice glass, break the eggs into it, and top it with about three oz of smoothie or veggie juice....swallow whole.

I have to say that I agree with Dr Mercola, it's more healing to eat them this way than blended. At least it seems that way on a subtle level. I love my eggs.

oh I know about the peel just inside the shell, now I get what you are talking about. I've eaten bits of it before without and problems.

my mom used to make egg yolk and welch's grape juice shakes for us when we were little... omgosh ... i've not had a raw egg since i was a kid.. memories! every now and then, she'd just give us the egg -- right in the shell -- and we'd just swallow it... ugghh!
