Hi Claire,
I am really into lettuce wraps at the moment...w/ hummus and flax seed crackers!
I also make the same type of shake as Justin - except, these are my ingredients:
almond milk
1tablespoon cacao
1tablespoon maca
a bit of agave
dates if I have them
1/2 banana
ice to thicken it up and make it icee
It's soo good and it really gets me going in the morning!

One of my favourite things right now is cheesy kale. Blend some pumpkins with garlic, lemon and salt. Rub the kale with a little oil and then add in some of the paste. Dehydrate until crisp.

Did you go to a reliable restaurant? Not all restaurants know how to properly handle fish. Most are frozen,thawed & refreeze what wasn't use. Can also be both. Maybe since you haven't had it in a while you body responded in a certain way.
