I used fitday for the longest. I stopped logging in what I ate because it was very tedious. I also bought a cheap food scale. The food scale was one of the best investments I made in my life. It helped me get an idea of how much I was eating, helped me budget & control my calorie intake. I've used it for so long that I don't even weigh food anymore. I just eye it out & can determine it's weigh & calories.
it is a personal choice for sure April whether someone enhances their body or not,i have no issue with that...i had a dear friend who did and i always lovingly supported her with this,even though she struggled with it after she went raw..
