Give it to me Raw

What are your favorite non-alcoholic social drinks that could be (easily and readily) served at a bar or club? Help a friend of mine by listing your fav's please.

EDITED: A friend is opening a place, so let me reword this to say - If you could have any non-alcoholic drink, what would you get when at a bar/lounge? They're nor limiting them to raw, just all healthy non-alcoholic drinks. ThankYou!

So far, they're:
Cacao

haha, see? we need your ideas :)

Because all the mixer juices are pasteurized, I stay away from them. I've found that just getting soda water with a lime wedge works pretty well. It's readily available and looks like a gin or vodka and soda, so it doesn't draw attention to the fact that you're not drinking alcohol.

Take it to the next level and make your own kombucha.

my personal favorite alcohol replacement is taking shots of noni, but it's hard to serve to anybody, other and cheaper and tastier options are coconut water drinks, and fresh squeezed oj. i had fresh oj at a bar once in Miami, long time ago, it was from a plastic bottle though, Kenesaw, i think, but at least it wasn't pasteurized, some coffee shops by the beach here in So Cal serve shots of E3 live, which is the schiznik

Oh, then I agree with the Kombucha. I make my own, and it's SO great. It's a bit of an acquired taste, though, so it might not be a very hot seller. My friends don't like the vinegar-y taste. Maybe you could try mixing it with some different fresh-squeezed juices.

I always wished bars had kombucha or some sort of herbal drink. When im at home and have friends or family around drinking, i sometimes make tea with kava.

sparkling mineral water with a squeeze of lime is easy and most places have waters like San Pellegrino in different sized bottles. or of course, fresh juice cocktails ... there is also a noni based energy juice called Hiro that they might wanna track down - better option than the other energy drink cans out there.

my magic bullet burnt out, it was good for travelling while I had it though. Can you get a second hand blender? The cheaper ones I have used don't chop up the greens as well. Try to get something with a higher wattage, like 1000watt.
