How do you guys attain flexibility? What different exercises do you practise to attain physical flexibility?
Any special Yoga postures? How much time do you spend on flexibility exercises out of total exercise time?
I also love Bikram. I think the heat helps your muscles relax, and become more easily flexible. Daily, I like to do Sun Salutations followed by Tibetan Rites. Good for strength & flexibility, a nice quick routine if you haven't got much time :)
I very much love Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar). However, I am not familiar with Tibetan Rites. In what way are they different than Yoga? Can you please enlighten me a little bit on Tibetan Rites? Thank you, LIsa. I would watch youtube video on Tibetan Rites for sure.

The story in the link is so motivational that my head bows down to the wisdom contained in it. Everybody has the potential to learn from this for sure. You can visualize the Fountain of Youth as real.
