Give it to me Raw

I just started transitioning again a week ago, and I did an enema 2 days ago and haven't gone to the bathroom again since. should I do an enema again? how often can you do enemas while transitioning. btw I'm following the raw food detox diet, by Natalie Rose.

P/S a table spoon of olive oil can help, add it to your smoothie etc....as can flax seed, and remember to add 3 times the amount of water with them or they will swell up in side and take ~ALL the fluids away...

I have exciting multi coulored poo....all those lovely greens..:)

Natalia says you need to poop... or you'll become more toxic, as the raw diet draws toxins from the cells, etc.

Enemas are fine, so long as you don't over do it. Limit them to no more than 3 times a week.

If you're still constipated between, try herbal laxatives from the health food store or vitamin shop. But don't become dependent on enemas to have a bowel movement... Other things can help peristalsis: large amounts of vitamin C (buffered) on an empty stomach, a handful of prunes in the morning, and warm lemon water first thing in the morning.

yep... its the magnesium, you absorb it through your skin (epsom salt bath)

thanks so much for all this advice, its exactly what I needed. I just hope that doing the enema the other day didnt make things worse. I know that I have an extremely week colon, and I cannot imagine what else is wrong with me considering I've just stumbled out of an extreme bout of bulimia. I really want to do this right, and I think that your advice is right on for my situation. thank you. I've been drinking green juice every morning, and have fruit all morning until mid afternoon, then I have a head of romaine, tomato, sometimes avocado, I love kale avo salad. I did have a green smothie or two this week, and yesterday I had a smoothie with banana and hemp seed and ground flax seed. for dinner I usually have some sort of cooked veggies, either steamed, I make soups, or lightly stir fried in veggie broth. i'm not sure if that info changes anything. thanks again.
