Give it to me Raw

I'm on day 6 of a juice fast/cleanse and have been really dealing with a lot of stirred up emotions. I know it's part of the process and I appreciate it, but I also don't want to be a sensitive crying mess :) Does anyone know of something I could do to speed along the emotional detox process, or pointers on how to make the most of it?

i've heard colonics and Enema's help. Maybe a massage or nice Salt bath..... hugs and love from friends and family always help me. xx

The more you feel and release what your are feeling in your body, the quicker the emotions are released and let go. As for making the most of it, just love the process.

Don't worry about showing the emotions that are being released, just allow it as it will pass. The whole experience should be something that you embrace. The good and the bad parts of it, just know that at the end of it you will feel fantastic!
I am on day 26 of my 30day juice feast and I'm almost sad that I will be ending it soon.

yeah no clue but i guess i feel helpless sometimes too. *hugs*
hugs help coz you cant speak the things u wanna say,
your scared people will judge and condemn,
theres a dark side to every one of us.

its nothing to do with the food i guess,
or it could be like what that other fellow said about he is sad about the ending his juice fasting.
it all depends on how you see it.

about me. im not 100% raw. im not even 50% raw. and i get emotional i cry too. i hate it when i cant be what i want to be, i just have to learn to accept myself, and learn to be humble and say ok THAT IS ME, i dont need to change, i am good enough. or it could be just general depression, depression being mourning for the loss of somebody OR something.

ive been thru depression alot too. it does help when you go outside, u meet some people u have a conversation u lose 2-3 hours discussing about something and you forget about ur sorrow. isolation is my biggest problem, i dont socialise much.

aw, Hitesh. very insightful and honest. beautiful what you wrote, and clear; I understand how you feel. the isolation, i do it to myself too. i feel that i do have to do work to change that, i see my mom is the same and she is 75 (healthy-ish) and doesnt have more than 1 friend to go out with. She just takes care of my sister's family. She warns me against the rut of isolation! acceptance is monumental, but action is key. i had a bad year of depression 2008. it is only Emotional Detox if we purge the negative out! Im hitting that project hard this year!!
Thanks for sharing and Love to you brother.

Haha! Probably Charles! I actually bought this dress at the spirit fest because it was on sale and made from 100% organic hemp. The rest of the clothes I brought were pretty grubby. :)
