Give it to me Raw

When you get rest (more hours of sleep) you able to handle sugar more and regulate it and feel that the fruit boost your energy. If you don't get good rest over night you tend to get more sugar crashes and fruit tends to make you more sluggish.

Anyone feel like that?

oooooooo yes i agree. i feel like you are on to something! sleep does help to regulate sugar.

Fruit always makes me crash hard. The only thing that makes me feel consistantly good is eating small meals regularly, mostly protein and veg.

I use caffeine if I need a boost -- cacao baybeeeee!!!
