i use an excaliber to make some really nice crackers using carrots and courgettes and flaxseeds, ive tried different variations. i successfully dried my fiorst batch of apples too which were delicious.
unfortunately i cant eat them without becoming really bloated, constipated and painful abdomen.

coz i read it too, and i personally think that all vegan is besically enough alcalie, especially when raw the body is ok to alcalize any little swing, moreover i have been an year in france, and they eat all meat, egg, milk and alcohol all the time, no balance to Ph, the key is GI(glycemic index)... this is key to diabetes i think, coz law suger, law work for insulin.. and cab(if) reinforce)...
i gotta slaw insuline (i gotta autoimmune thyroid)and they thik it can attact bile, so insuline can be affected etc. i was thinking about green ,but always when i start it, i have in few days if i sport or walk a looot, i feel "cry-ish" tired and discomfort and crave...but if i eat like this a lot with avocado and coco etc. i feel really comfident, just little crave for fruit(coz i love it) and bucken wheat... the fruit in little amount is ok, or on monofruit /day (but then i eat max one avocado a day or little coconut)... if i mix fruit and avocado or coconut its ok, but never ever i feel good on nuts, so as seed(but on seed i feel better-flax, pumpkin)
have u gotta any simallar experience? or somebody around? bdw. on PH alcaline i feel ok, even if steamed orbaked on fire...
