First things first: It doesn’t matter what food you eat if you’re not training there is NO food on the planet that will increase your muscle density on its own. That may sound obvious but I realize that there are many people looking for shortcuts. Witness the television advertisements these days; “8 minute abs,” “exercise in a bottle,” the “fat burning pill,” “electronic exercise while you sleep,” and of course “7 minute abs.” It is not hard to imagine that there are people who believe that eating a certain food will make your muscles grow just by ingesting it……… New Flash: It ain’t happenin

well, it is some kind of magnet. without knowing a heck of a lot about how it works, he most likely works out in some fashion or another, and on seperate occasions uses magnets that work over his system and as a side-effect tighten his muscles.
this is basically just a guess. I know people that do stuff with magnets with less vicious abs

What do you find interesting about him?
I am desiring to know more about his nutrtional approach and his exercise regime, and also other technologies that he feels are important in helping people bring there health upscale.
If you're interested in heavy metal detoxing in Scotland, the holistic dentist I go to is also a Field Control Therapist - he runs a seperate clinic at the Cranialsacral place I also go to. FCT is a lot about heavy metal detoxing, as well as other toxic substances such as insecticides, herbicides, drug and antibiotic residues etc. I am going for my first session at the start of April (having already had to cancel 2 appts due to stupid travel for work) so if you're interested, I can let you know what happens. I've also got a bunch of literature he gave me, so I can copy it for you and give it to you next time we meet if you like? I think it's pretty unheard of at the moment so there's not much info out there. Stewart the dentist is a cool guy.
