Give it to me Raw

I don't have one of these yet, my oven has a super low setting and I've been using that and leaving the door cracked. I feel like I'm wasting a ton of energy by doing this, so I'm ready to purchase my very own dehydrator. Can anyone give me some specific recommendations of brands or models? Links would be nice too, if you've got 'em! Thanks.

There is a site where you can go and figure the amount of electricity your oven is using in the drying process. It's at http://michaelbluejay.com/electricity/howmuch.html and I think it's for US only. That said, I don't have links, but I would love to get a 9 tray Excalibur. They seem to be the most popular and the most adaptable for larger or taller things.

I bet juggler is GREAT exercise. For the brain, with the hands crossing the body's mid-line is beneficial.

I favor organic apples on sale anywhere, especially Whole Foods, when they're 99cents/lb (culture shock).

Keep it simple! GINGER! You can make a tea with grated fresh ginger and just pour some hot water over.

Isn't the panda gorgeous? And yes it really is eating an apple. I can't take credit for the picture though. It comes from Flickr and was taken by Swamibu.
