David Wolfe's Longevity Now Program Part I and Part II

Okay, here's an overview, hopefully with a minimum of editorialization and typos, but no promises, ha-ha.

It cost me about ......never mind....it's a 360 page paperback, 6 cd's, 2 dvd's, 3 months of TheBestDayEver.com, and the three-day week-end of the same name in Costa Mesa, Cal, Nov. 20-22. I can also "take" someone for $67 (noone's asked me for the ticket, not sure if it's still available from Wolfe headquarters. I think that's everything. I don't want to misrepresent the program.

Consisting of 5 specific strategies to evacuate bad calcium and boost our immunity. Calcium supplements are absolutely Unrecommended.

Part 1: Bad Calcium Dissolvers - Liquid Zeolites, MSM, Fulvic Acid, Shalajit (optional), EDTA (opt), DMSO

Part 2: Herbal Immune Boosters - Aged garlic extracts, Anti-Parasite (wormwood, cloves, black walnut herbs), Medicinal Mushroom Extracts, Noni Fruit-Seed powder, Mangosteen, Cat's Claw Extract, powder, and/or tea, Citric Acid (Citrate).

Part 3: Cell-Rejuvenating Supplements and Foods - Enzymes: Digestive & Metabolic, Adaptogenic Herbs (Superherbs) - Angelica Root, Ashwaganda, Asparagus Root, Astragalus, Brahmi (Bacopa), Deer Antler, Euccomia Bark, Ginseng, Gynostemma, Ho Shou Wu Jujube, Licorice Root, Rhodiola, Schizandra Fruit, Tulsi (Holy Basil), Probiotics, Camu Camu Berry Powder, Krill Oil, Marine Phytoplankton, Lysine, Zinc, B-12, Betaine Hydrochloride, Super Stone-Breaking Herbs of Chancapiedra, Gravel Root, Neem, Wulzen Factor Foods of Sugarcane, Raw Butter and Cream.

There are two more parts:

Part 4: Longevity Technologies - will describe later

Part 5: Deep Tissue Bodywork and Yoga - will describe later.

That's it for the moment. Totally, Babiezz!

Part II:

Calcification is the hardening of us poor slob humanoids by calcium deposits, a major influence in many, many, many illnesses like heart disease, kidney stones, wrinkles, INFLAMMATION, and artiritis, affecting our skin, bones, nerves, and joints tip-top. So it would be hard to juggler under the big-top, say. And Freelee might not want to date you, were she freed-up (a Freed-up Freelee, something to see, fact is she's already somethin to see, shout-out, Babes!) Anyway, don't get'cha bad sef calcified cuz then harder to multiply, ya see.

Get the "BAD CALCIUM" out of the body and you'll decrease stiffness which is why we feel inflammation and tiredness, according to the Wolfie-Berry. And DO NOT take calcium supplements,
I could get all scientific about this, as David does, but I can't stand that stuff, so I synopsize it: there are shell-forming, virus-sized, coral-like agents in calcification, known as nanobacteria; avoid this to avoid the aging process that affects so many.

According to the Wolfe-Mobile, here are some of the issues calcies cause: Alzheimer's, stroke, brain cancer, dental plaque, gum disease, breast cnacer, tuberculosis, breast implant calcification, gallstones, Crohn's, colon cancer, kidney stones, ovarian cancer & cysts, cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, heart valve calcification, atherosclerosis (he mis-spelled it, it's arterosclerosis, I believe, in fact, he def should have had me edit the book, he's not a great writer, by any means, very redundant, which I really hate), I'm just sloppin this writing out myself, so i'm just just a hypocrite, like everyone, ha-ha-ha), cellulite, wrinkles, sclerodema, Addison's , osteoarthritis, bone spurs, bursitis, tendonitis, & bone cancer - partial list!

To be continued, thanks so much!!

Yea, if I was in town I would have asked you for the ticket...but I am going up to Oregon in a couple days for the Holiday...oh well.

anyhow. Great information. I am looking forward to finding out how this affects people and whether or not there is proven information in its affects on the body. As I mentioned before, I would be interested in the decalcification process. I'm planning on keeping track of what is going on with my knees.

I do several of these already. Just started the MSM again for knee pain. I forgot a couple days this week and the pain in my knee came back. I hadn't noticed that it had gone away until it came back. Interesting stuff that MSM. I also do his teas with cat's claw etc. And, I've been on zeolites for a while. After looking a the list...I do maybe 50% of this. Maybe I am on the right track for helping my arthritis and bone health.

Thanks for sharing this YB. I'm going to look into these and see what else I can fit into my life.

I'm sorry I'm not going to be able to meet you ;-(

Yogi, thanks for sharing this,as so many on GITMR don't have the cash for all this, it's real cool of you to help.
*Also Lemon juice and Magnesium Chloride are great de-calcifiers. These two and Zeolites reduce my pain and congestion the most-
*I've tried nearly all the rest of his Pgm' and distilled them down to what works BEST for me.
* He's on a constant search for new products and data to sell. He said $$ signs go off in his eyes when he hears of a new item- He's rich on this stuff-SO, there's alot of choices we can try and see what works for us.
* He could change his name to "Rinestone Cacao Cowboy".

That's funny, yeah, he says he approved of "success technology". I've been thinking of taking you up on your zeolite offer, thanks. I put lemon juice with my MSM every morning.

I haven't gotten the zeolite cuz I'm doing so many of his suggestions and feel overwhelmed, the shoulder stands, deep tissue massage, adaptogenic herbs, not the zapper yet.

I'm in the process of booking my flight to Cal for the Longevity Now Seminar to take place in a week.

I like that he includes thebestdayever.com with the program, what a wild & bright character. you've been around him a long time, less than a year for me (since Jan., though I've heard a little about him for about five years - most notably his chocolate connection since he came here to Whole Foods).

I'm sure I'll do an update on the week-end, and will add more on the Longevity book program.

thanks again, YogiJi (I won't ask if he's a millionaire, ha-ha-ha)

Part 1: I have used Liquid Zeolites for detoxing lead from doing stained glass art for a few years and MSM for ease of movement in the joints. Both worked great.

Part 2: I have used-
Aged garlic extracts/ immune tonic and system cleanser
Anti-Parasite (wormwood, cloves, black walnut herbs)/ my digestion improved greatly after using these.
Medicinal Mushroom Extracts/ immune tonic and specific uses, depending on the mushroom
ex. candida/reishi- effective!

Part 3: I have used
Astragalus/ immune tonic
Brahmi (Bacopa)/ balancing brain (very effective!)
Ginseng/ whole system tonic
Licorice Root/ I use this with care. It should not be used for more than 2 weeks at a time.
Probiotics/ awesome! Helped heal digestive issues
Camu Camu Berry Powder/ high vit. C used with MSM
Chancapiedra/ stonebreaker *interesting experience with this, can go into more detail, if interested
Neem/ I have used this in combination with tumeric and punarnava for healing digestive issues.
Very effective!
Raw Butter and Cream/ I have used these too. A little goes a long way.

I have used many other herbs in rotations to learn their effects. I am happy to discuss them, if interested.

There are two more parts:

Part 4: Longevity Technologies - will describe later..One of my 2 cents on this is that anything that reduces stress and anxiety has the potential to lengthen life and create a better experience of life. The simplest and most powerful of these, for me, is staying aware of my breath and allowing it to move freely.

Part 5: Deep Tissue Bodywork and Yoga - Structural Integration/Rolfing is truly incredible. The day she worked on my feet and lower legs, I felt like I had little kid feet. Everything was moving so freely. Amazing. There are also other variations, such as Hellerwork that are worth doing. If you live in N. Cali, you can get the work done by Joseph Heller himself.

I have been studying Yoga for years, but I am not a hard core Yogi. I practice simple poses that take only a couple minutes in the morning and a few at night to wind down. A little goes a long way, and it is truly all about being aware of the breath, releasing tension and allowing it to flow.

Qi gong is also incredible for learning to use and move your energy. I don't know if Wolfe is into that, but it's worth mentioning.

This is one of my two cents. I am happy to add more.

Yes. I'm doing a diet like that. I'm the skinniest I've ever been, including back when I barely ate at all just to be thin. I could not lose the weight when I was doing high fruit, 100% raw. I would work out so hard all the time, and nothing would...
