Custard apple recipes
Ive just bought a couple of custard apples and tried them for the first time....interesting taste!
i was wondering if there were any great recipes that i could use them in.
No posh ones, i only have a food processor!

Porrige
2 very ripe custard apples
crushed soaked almonds
cinnimon
milled flaxseed
scoop flesh out of custard apples, take out the pips and mash, leaving a few lumps. mix everything together

Oh my goodness, these are so delicious, I would just eat them on their own. But, you could try opening them, warming them in the dehydrater with a little cinnamon.

I believe that the body can heal itself if given the support. I'm a nurse in a nursing home and I've seen the body cling to life no matter how much poison is thrown at it.
Sounds ridiculous to me. Anyone actually older and experiencing longevity there? I doubt it. I live out in the country in the general direction of God's fart zone and perhaps that's better than getting caught up in this sort of materialistic stuff...
