Well, I've never given them up. I tried all the usual trips - they are bad - too fat - they're all rancid - anything negative I could find someone say about them. Unfortunately I couldn't prove by my own experience any of this new found "wisdom". But what I did change the way I eat them, because they don't food combine well for me, so I eat them mono whenever possible and when I do combine them poorly I take responsibility for the consequences.
Suvine and Suzie there HAS NEVER BEEN A BETTER TIME TO BE PHYSICAL. LIFE IS GOOD. No need to suffer. And yes Suvine you wanted to come here. You were fully aware of your power from a non- physical perspective. It is only from your "disconected human perspective" that you think things are bad.
We are powerful creators we just have to remember. You knew there would be signposts and people along the way to remind you. You are loved by all that is and you are powerful.
SUZIE it is such DIVINE TIMING because you just wrote out a list of things that make you happy on another post. This is good. Put your focus on things you love and appreciate thus creating more of what you want. Your goal is to feel good. We can not always do it but at least we have a goal.
If you eat a few nuts do not beat up on yourself. If you are going to eat something CALL IT GOOD because your body hears it all. I know you both already know this just reminding you.
LOVE YA'LL life is good.
How perfect Kim. That has Esther Hicks written all over it.... such truth! Indeed we are all divine creators, we have choosen this life and in choosing to notice (and focus on) the beauty that surrounds us, what a truly great existence it has become!!
Thank you for coming from a connected state of being and the inspiration it gives. Ride the wave of your desires girl!

but I think sometimes we have to consciously choose to go through pain and suffering for the sake of growth, it's called transformation. you first have to die, then to be reborn. of course, you don't have to label such experiences as pain or suffering.
Yes I believe this too...i know this is to do with stress in my case...which is wat im changing... i think its Bvits im needing or somethin??sometimes its not just about emotions but deficiencies too... i think i m going to have some more vit L12 haha ho ho..ohhhhh i think im going nuts ha ha!!!
I do crave nuts and dried fruits. I have a long history of overeating mostly to stuff my emotions. I am finding that healthy relationships are helping me. And forgiving myself. And meditating, exercising, and having fun- focusing on what's going well, what I am grateful for. I've had the great fortune over the past week to be around a bunch of people who are faced with very serious health challeges, (or health opportunities as I have learned to recognize them as). What they have most reminded me is to feel joy in each moment, as we don't know what is to come next.
