What are the foods you believe are necessary for you to consume each day to ward off cravings, feed hunger, nourish, etc? What do you eat everyday because it makes you feel good? And of course I'm talking raw!
Melons. Watermelon, canteloupe, canary melon, galia melon, charentais melon.
Lately lots of big mango/tomato/lettuce salads too, though my interest in salad is waning at the moment. I've been not eating many bananas, and am starting to want them again.
now it has to be one or two high water fruits and vegetables salad a day. but changes a lot in variation. lots of young coconut water stays a constant staple no matter what i am having.
Live sprouts including coconut sprouts
Fermented foods made from either cabbage, coconut, or sunflower/sesame seed
Coconut water, plain or add spirulina, kelp powder and gingko biloba powder
Green juice made from romaine, celery and if available noni and fresh seaweed
Fresh seaweed
Cabbage rejuvelac
Fresh aloe
Noni
Moderate amounts of citrus when available, preferably non-hybridized
Coconut sprout juice
Leafy greens, and water rich fruit for me. Especially the leafy greens if I am cleansing. Low-glycemic fruits that are still sweet, like lemons, grapefruit, apples, and all berries. If I could only choose one superfood, it would be chlorella.
But lately the low glycemic fruits and leafy greens have been doing the trick. I heard David Wolfe mention that different people have different cell metabolisms that primarily burn carbs, fat, or more rarely: protein. So I believe that unless one is going the breatharian route(LOL) one needs to adress their caloric need. Observing Mr. Blackman/Sunfire its easy to see even he addresses the issue of energy sources via sunshine. But if you are more "norm"-al and you get cravings, by the Gods, consume some raw sugars, fat or protein, or some green juice!
Great question, helping me put my lifestyle in perspective you are!
I would not know what to say when it's my 10 minutes. I like the idea of without interruption though...then I can listen without feeling a need to respond to not make it seem like im not interested when I am
Nice picture and changes! I plan to go on a similar diet at some point, whenever I move out of Vermont and somewhere warmer. Lovin' the posts on your site, keep it up :P.
