Coltrane and Fruit
Give thanks.
So the vibe is that I have become even more and
more sensitive to the television lately. Not that I watch
that much television to begin with but the little that I do
watch is so low vibe and over stimulating.
So lately I have been listening to more of my good friend
John Coltrane. While doing so I might eat some oranges or
Kiwis (just bought a box of 87 :) or eat some persimmons.
The energy/colors of the sun that permeate my being via the
fruit and the high vibes of love sound from Coltrane's spirit is
enlightening and blissful. I highly recommend anyone to try these
combinations.

Fruit: Mono Kiwis or tomatoes
Song:Blues To You
Fruit: Mono Oranges
Song: My Favorite Things
Fruit: Mono Pomegranate
or your favorite fruit.
