i gave birth without painkillers, but as soon as a cold hits, i reach for the nyquil.
i've been trying not to take unnecessary meds since being raw, but buckled when i got this cold and reached for the nyquil again. what do you do for a cold? the symptom that really broke me was that seething rawness through my sinuses.
and now that i've already taken the nyquil, what can I do to clean my system of it?
