Thanks so much for your ideas, ladies! :) i ended up doing a conglomeration of both recipes plus a few others i'd found online & created kreamy coconutty birthday goodness! i even had a request for the recipe from the birthday gal~ definitely a nice compliment & pleasant surprise! ~*~
