Just eat cilantro. But chlorella and infrared sauna's are far more effective in removing mercury from the body. Cilantro can be dangerous for some cause it can just sort of stir up the mercury and not remove it.
Id say give chlorella and high dose vitamin C a go, alongside zeolites. They are both very well renowned chelating agents - thus helping to create a permanent bond with heavy metals and carry them out of the body with ease. Id do this for a few months though, as it can take a while to get heavy metals out. It will also depend how much body fat you are carrying. If they are stored in the fat, they will take longer to get out than in other tissues, as adipose tissue has basically no blood supply, so can only leave the fat tissue through metabolic processes. Hope this is helpful.
Thanks everyone. So- Im already planning to take aged garlic, msm, acerola cherry powder & camu camu powder for vit C, a 'true food' vit E and selenium, 'seagreens' (as recommended by dentist) and decided to stop taking chlorella for a while during detox as i cant be sure it has been mercury screened (its from tree harvest, a uk supplier of super foods and whole foods) anyway, not sure about zeolite as well as seagreens, dont want to overload my body with detoxing substnces....seagreens are meant to be a very gentle way of carrying out the metals............Thought cilantro may compliment the whole thing, however, i have managed to fing an american company selling it, its just soooo expensive!
Any other tips for general detoxing? I realise everyone reacts different to this treatment...i admit im very nervous. Its a big deal, im having 4 done, at great expense too!

I was at a red light. Same thing also happened to me when Rudy Guiliani crossed in front of my car. Hitting the gas did occur to me for a second or two.
Sure, too much fat is bad for the liver. But fat isn't per se bad for the liver, is it?
Not only in 811 but also other people say to limit the fat but maybe raw plant fat helps to flush out some stuff out of the liver?

Think more systematically. Instead of thinking of it meaning a problem like 'weak liver' it may mean, time to fast. Think of it as more like youre body is undergoing a load of eliminating stuff all at once. (and in this case perhaps, too fast(this...
