yeah. hes a big coward though. he runs from everything even me! and hes a huge cat. a dog would run from him. lol

hes in a weird mood with me. he wont sleep with me anymore. staying in the other room. hes always pined to get into my room!
hes very vocal these days too.... he still loves his cuddles though.

Aww... this is making me miss my kitty Bailey. He's my baby, but since I moved away for school I haven't seen him. He always slept with me too and wanted to cuddle. I went home briefly during the summer and he hid under the bed, he was so mad at me for leaving him.

Maybe your kitty is sensing some sort of change in your environment? Cats are so sensitive.

yeah i wonder. he and cats do often change where they want to nap and sleep. so im not fussed. i might buy some bach flower remedies for him. they made a huge and immediate difference in his behavior when he was acting strange earlier this year.... i also thing he likes the small amount of ethanol in the drops lol

Haha I heard animals do really well with Bach remedies. I bought some for myself to try out, too. My cat always gets freaked out when we move so I next time I'm going to try the Rescue Remedy on him. It's interesting how something so simple could help to alleviate their anxiety.

thats a good variety of great raw food in a day. good work.

i would say maybe ditch the dried fruit and pack more fresh whole fruit in the morning smoothie and keep some fruit for later in the day too like apples. if you mean one banana for those smoothies then i'd say maybe its just calories you need. you could check on fitday.com if you're getting enough. for me personally doing raw, one salad is not enough. i see you're having a blended green smoothie at night. maybe just try and make it really massive and make you're salad huge!!!!. when you get enough minerals from foods like celery and greens and calories from fruit and a moderate amount of fat you hopefully should be pretty satisfied and not have any cheese cravings. unless you're pretty new to this it may be harder to deal with cravings. you could also try making a nut cheese. there's lots of great recipe books out there for cheese substitutes. oh just like thundera said maybe add some avocado too your salads with salt or dulse rather than the nuts. the avo is easier to digest and should leave you quite satisfied.

I believe that the body can heal itself if given the support. I'm a nurse in a nursing home and I've seen the body cling to life no matter how much poison is thrown at it.

Sounds ridiculous to me. Anyone actually older and experiencing longevity there? I doubt it. I live out in the country in the general direction of God's fart zone and perhaps that's better than getting caught up in this sort of materialistic stuff...

they gossip about which teams are going to trade or sign star players. Most of it is bullshit. They just create rumors to sell papers / get hits. Still I eat it up.

Hi agree with Erin, everything she suggested is very similiar to wha ti have found. I am also seeing an accupuncturist and realize that we actually need cooked foods in our diet to support the spleen. Healing with whole foods is a great start..
