hi i am craving cheese. does anyone know what i could be lacking in my diet???
i also crave eggs but have decided to just eat these.
breakky is chia porridge and a banana + gojis and sultanas + raw honey
i have one or two sunwarrior protein (raw) shakes a day + macca and flax oil
lunch is usually a mixed green salad + another salad (usually) eg grated carrots / sweet potato with oj and ground almonds
dinner is a smoothie usually banana kale blueberries spinach basil celery and whatever else i put in
i often also eat dates / bliss balls and i ofteb soak nuts and use them as part of salad dressings
after this i will want cheese or eggs
I read once that you are supposed to watch a man eat a salad and if he chooses ranch, cheesy or creamy dressing he likes the smell of mens balls but if he chooses sweet dressings like French, then he likes women's parts.
I am not saying anything... it just reminded me of that, your post.
It may be urban myth.

"Cheese: If you're more a cheese luster than a cheese lover, there's a good chance that your real hunger is for calcium and phosphorus. ( If it's processed cheese that you've been snacking on, you've been getting aluminum, too, without knowing it.) For one thing, you might try eating more broccoli. That's high in calcium and phosphorus, and a lot lower in calories than cheese."

"There are six aluminum salts that have been approved as food additives in the United States. The salts most commonly used are sodium aluminum phosphates. They are added to cake mixes, frozen dough, pancake mixes, self-rising flours, processed cheese and cheese foods and beer (in aluminum cans). Just one slice of individually wrapped processed cheese can contain up to 50 mg of aluminum. It is thought that the cheeseburger may contain one of the highest aluminum contents of any food. Baked goods have approximately 5-15 mg per serving."

We get a fair number of applicants, and it varies all the time.

Pretty interesting. It was hard to tell what he was for and against though, haha. I would hope to be in as good condition as him when I'm 91..... or better :j
I guess if you think of it as eating raw as what God intended, and makes us the purest version physically of what were meant to be, then maybe it is a way to get closer to God and clear away the distracting mess of sickness, and the hormone and em...
