Changes in your eye color
I've heard raw foodies experience changes in their eye color after awhile. I've noticed my blue/grey/green (depending on the shirt/sky) have gotten flecks of brown in them since adding more raw foods 5 months ago. I'm not totally stoked about it, but that's what has happened.
Has anyone noticed a change in their hair color? I used to have red hair up until I was about 18 years old when it started turning brown. I'm now 24 and hoping it will stop getting darker and start going back to red.

My eyes are hazel, brown in the middle and green on the edges. When I cry they go all green. I'm hoping raw food turns them green for good :D

Dunno yet, but I let grow out my colored-for-more-than-18-years hair. Lol! Seems that the outgrow color is more blond as it was the times i let it grow out when i wasnt this highly raw.
Just as curious as you are.
My eyes went blue-er, and its true (!) as the mention above... While crying (i'm in a period of mourning) my eyes turned green.
Have it even on a pic too! Amazing!

my hair is one of those horrible shades inbetween light brown and dark blonde, my colour has gotten richer, I can't bare to grow it out, and still get foil treatments to make it go a nice golden blonde colour.
My eyes have gotten clearer! the ring around my pupil was a really pale yellow (more of a off-white) now it is white and makes my eyes look bluer, I'm always getting asked about my 'contacts'!

my eyes go from brown to hazel when i switch back to raw foods. Which I am in the process of right now (doing a cleanse). I've been off raw for 6 months and went form vegan to carnivor ( for a month ). I forgot how unhealthy and sick I was before I went raw. It was a nice reminder. I was shown some pics of me from summer and I look different, my skin, eyes, hair (no more gold :( when off raw). It's amazing. I wonder if eye color change has to do with melanin in the cells...any ideas?...i really should pay attention in class more! ;)

Dunno if this is something they teach at school. The only thing i can remember was a talk about that the genotype of an eyecolor could have been brown and when there were not enough amino acids in the mother milk for a baby, the eye color stayed blue.. so the fenotype of the eye was blue, while the genotype was brown.
(as the eye color of all new born babies is blue..and changes in a couple of hours into the color according to the dna)
Think there's not enough study done for how it will be when a body gets all the rights nutrients.
Maybe the thickness of your skin / colagene, amount color of your hair, eye color, structures of your bones, how your teeth are standing in your jaw, nails, bones in your feet are different as they are now as if they could or will be when you will be highly mineralyst (& vitamis & nutriens & so on) and getting all the building blocks you need.

my hair has not changed color.
my eyes used to be green. since starting this journey, a hazel-ish ring is growing from the edge of the pupil toward the outer rim of my iris. i don't particularly care for it.

my eyes went from green to a kind of turquoise colour which i like. They're also a lot more clearer. My partner's eyes were brown and now they have blue rims (he used to have blue eyes when he was young).
My 72 year old mother isn't raw but she did go vegan and her grey hair is starting to go brown again.

That's hilareous. My husband looks at the sun to make himself sneeze. There's some weird phenomena that 10% of the population has that looking at the sun makes them sneeze.
